Yes. All AfriBloom pieces are handmade in Belgium in small batches or made-to-order. Each item is carefully sewn with attention to detail, fabric quality, and safety.

Production usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on the product and customization. Once your order is ready, it ships promptly.

Most AfriBloom products are customizable. After you order, we confirm all details with you via WhatsApp before starting any sewing to avoid mistakes.

Yes. Send us a link or photo of the fabric you want. We can purchase it for you if it matches the AfriBloom signature:

• African wax or kente fabrics only
• No stones, heavy embellishments, or hard-to-sew materials
• Final validation stays with us to ensure quality and durability

Because most items are custom and we often need to buy materials (fabric, snaps, buttons, etc.) specifically for your order. This also protects the business from made-to-order items that are harder to resell.

Not always. Fabrics shown in photos may no longer be available, and pattern placement can vary — that’s the beauty of handmade. Your item will still match the AfriBloom style and be made to look great.

We recommend sending your measurements (bust, waist, hips) for the best fit. Choosing a size alone is not always enough. If you have specific fit concerns, we can suggest more forgiving options (like elastic waist) when available.

Tracking included

If there is a mistake on our side, we will fix it or refund it. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept refund requests weeks later after the item has been worn multiple times.
